The theme, which is missing, was German Newspaper.

Hostgator says it is fixed, but it isn’t. When I try to log in I get this error:
ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?
ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.
The second error has a link to a Google third party cookie enablement page. I’ve never had to do this before, and I have several WP sites.
Please advise.
Wipe the server and re-install WordPress. Then re-upload the theme from a backup
You’re not going to be able to login as the hackers changed the logins and passwords. Don’t trust hostgator to fix your site; all they’re probably going to do is restore a backup that is still hacked. Read and follow the links that esmi posted.
