• Hy, I am using mystique theme and I want to change the background image, so that I can put one of my own; I created a 68x61px image named background.jpg and put it in the images folder of mystique theme, than I went to mystique settings> user CSS and put the line body{background: url(‘images/background.jpg’);background-repeat}, but everything in the background is white after that;

    Help please

  • You don’t need to do all of that. In the Mystique control panel, which you can access under Appearance, you can click on Design, and it’s at the bottom of that ‘tab’.

    yes I treid that, but it’s not working; if I upload the 64×61 image all I see on my site is a sqare at the top-center of my page and the background is black

    Tutorial on how to change the background
    – First of all, find a background with at least 960px as width and something like 1200 for height.
    – Upload it, through the main panel of the theme.
    – Select the color to continue the background you choose, so that it creates a good association between the general color and the main background you uploaded!

    Voila!
    You are all ready to go!
