I would think that a verticle column type background to seperate one side from the other would be good.

like a soft color for the background of the sidebar? not a bad idea….ill check that out a bit.
I like your logo graphic! Do you also have the company name text repeated above the logo for a reason? If not, I think you could emit it and keep the reader focused.
I agree that there needs to be better separation between the content and sidebar, whether it’s spacing or a background.
How about another column that features how to tie the most common tie knots, up where visitors don’t have to scroll down to see it. I would think you could draw in lots of visitors who google “how to tie a tie” and find your videos right up there at the top of your blog.
Yeah I will try adding something to seperate the two. good points on repeating the name I will think about omitting that and shifting the logo up.
Im not sure how to add another column that will take some figuring out. i will say that through blogging on random items my search hits have popped quite a bit.
