In point for completing h5p content: you have set the value in the required percentage to 100% can you confirm that you have completed this activity 100% and still didn’t get any point.
Also, the point for completing H5P content(General hook) will not apply to the specific activity as in your case you have set specific activity(Scecuannare – Nuovo).

We have tested the scenario on our stagging environment and everything is working properly fine also can you please confirm that while attempting the Quiz are you logged in?
Or if you have attempted the Quiz from your account then you need to login to another account from which the Quiz doesn’t attempted before and check if you are getting points or not.

I have done all the quiz with the 100% of right answers but I have no points either for quiz or for the maximum level.
