Heading and List blocks in post editor are not aligned

Hello,

When editing a post with the Gutenberg editor and Neve is my current theme, the Heading and List blocks are aligned all the way to the left of the screen.

I have tried reinstalling WordPress and deactivating all my plugins. The only thing that fixes it is if I change my current them to something other than Neve.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
