Great plug and excellent support

I purchased the Coaching plug in and there were issues with my hosting company. Huyen from ThimPress was very responsive and helpful. He knew more than my hosting site from Arizona. His communication was always clear and concise about what needed to be fixed on my end. I will definitely go with them in the future.
