Did you block access to the REST API ( “Firewall Policies > Basic Policies > WordPress REST API” or “Firewall Policies > Basic Policies > Protect against username enumeration”) ? Many contact form applications use that API and thus it shouldn’t be blocked.
You can also check the log (“Logs” page), that should tell you why you were blocked.
Thank you for your reply. I did not get the email notification, so sorry it took me this long to respond. Is the REST API access block on by default? I did not change any settings. I had to disable the plugin because it was on a live client website, and they were not receiving form submissions.
Thanks!
I made some tests and couldn’t reproduce the issue: each time, the submitted data was saved to the DB (and could be read in the admin backend) and a notification was sent to the admin. NinjaFirewall was using the default configuration.
