Graphic size

If you look at the home page of this site you will see the letters ZOMBIES down the left side. I mad them using the “Media and Text” block. The problem I’m having is no matter how small I try to make the media it won’t go any smaller that what’s there. is there a way to edit code to make the image smaller? I’ve even tried uploading a smaller original and it will still only shrink down to this size. No smaller.
