Hi, I am using a Contest plugin that has users enter their email before they submit their entry. I also have a MailChimp account. I was told by the author of the Contest plugin that I can grab the emails from the database using a newsletter plugin. So I was wondering if I use this MailChimp plugin, if it can grab emails from my database from the Contest entries. And if so, how do I do that? Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

With our plugin, you can create a subscription form for your MaiLChimp.com account. Our plugin does not grab any email from the database. When users submit the form, are they logged into to your WordPress website?

Thank you for the reply. My users are logged in as they enter the Contest form from this Contest plugin:

The author suggests getting the emails from the database using a newsletter plugin but I am not understanding how to do this exactly.

    Hello,

If the user is logged in, then you can prefill a form created using our plugin with the user’s email. Please note that our plugin is designed to work with “MailChimp.com”. So you can use our plugin only if you want to show the user a form to subscribe them to a list in your MailChimp account.
