Problems with reCAPTCHA may arise for various reasons – it may be a conflict with another plugin that uses reCAPTCHA. Also, there may be a conflict with the theme’s built-in reCAPTCHA, or it may do not work due to cache plugins
Unfortunately, we are not able to recreate this issue in our testing environment (Screenshot). Please, recheck this issue, by disabling third-party plugins. If it does not help, you can create a staging website with the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). Then you can install only the MasterStudy LMS – WordPress LMS Plugin and check for this issue again. This will help you to understand what exactly is causing the conflict.
Furthermore, try to exclude the reCAPTCHA script from caching and the script minification process.
