google counting problem

    Hi there,

    So sorry about that! I tested your G+ share button and a count was not reflected on the share buttons. I have also verified that your the server side share counts is reachable. It appears that you have everything working on your end. The same issue has effected several users so our engineers will be deploying a fix for this within the new few days. Once this happens, I will keep you posted. Hang tight! 🙂

    Hi @light7,

    Can you do me a favor and update to the latest version of the plugin? Once you’ve done that, refresh your page, and try sharing from G+. Let me know if the share counts appear. 🙂

    I updated to the latest version 7.6.0.8, but still I couldn’t see the count for Google+.

    Thanks for trying that! I believe your page is being cached. Can you try uncaching your pages? Let me know what you get. 🙂

    I don’t know how to uncache my pages.

    But I deleted all of my old contents using (delete history), but still same.

    Cacheing shouldn’t affect Shareaholic stuff as it is fetching outside services.

    HI @light7,

    It appears the share counts are appearing for your Google Plus share buttons. Please let me know if you’re still having issues, but it appears to be working just fine. 🙂

    Yes. There was an improvement about sharing via Google plus because it appears share count for Google Plus.

    However, after sharing this article via Google plus, I couldn’t see any change of counts. It’s still the same.

    It looks like sharing counts display incorrect number.
    If someone give some comment, I will appreciate.

    HI Hyun,

    You can verify the correct share counts by entering the URL on http://www.SharedCount.com. This will give you the actual share counts from that page/post. Hope that helps! And let me know if you’re still seeing different numbers from what is displayed on your share buttons.

    I shared the article with google+, and I found that the number of sharing via google+ increased a few minute later on my webpage.

    Now it works well.
