Google and individual posts

For whatever reason, Google is having a hard time sending folks to my individual posts, preferring to index my content only when it appears on my front page (10 posts).

Other WordPress blogs don’t suffer this fate and I want to know what I can do on my end, or whom I can complain to on Google’s end to get this rectified.

What gives!?!?
