Hello @alpiega
Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
The W3 Total Cache does not block any conversions and should not block google ads. As I can see you only have Page Caching enabled. Are you using any plugin for Ads?
Can you please share more details on what is expected and if the issue still persist if you disable the W3 Total Cache?
Thanks!

Thank you for your quick response and I apologize for the delay on my end.
I have installed Google Tag via GA4 on several sites, either through the theme settings (Avada) or through the WP Code plugin. What I noticed in all of them, immediately after using W3 Total Cache, is a large drop in the recording of google ads conversions, around 90%.
So I’m trying to figure out if it’s related in any way to your plugin, or if it’s completely random.
Hello @alpiega
We are not aware that W3TC has any impact on this nore should it have any impact on conversions.
Do you see any console errors? Can you please temporarily disable the W3 Total Cache and see if the problem persists?
Thanks!
