Good translation plugin for WordPress ?

Hi,

I am working on a new site and ive setup qTranslate which makes everything easy like creating a page lets me quickly tab through the different languages right in the editor, and use quicktags to translate my menu also.

But sadly its broken, so many are complaining about this plugin. It cant handle paragraphs or spaces at all, it breaks the editor.

Any plugin that works that has these features ?
