Good support and plugin

    The plugin does pretty much everything you think it does. It handles online reservations, online menus, and even online ordering. Bayezid from the support team has been very helpful when I have run into issues. Most of the issues I have are very small and resolved quickly. The plugin is powerful, but sometimes lacks features that you would think it might have. For example, there is no way to create separate reservation forms dependent on the number of guests which is a problem if a restaurant wants to do reservations differently dependent on the number of guests. Other than that though, it’s good!

    Regarding the reservation form structure you mentioned, the current system was actually designed after a lot of research and real restaurant use-case analysis. In most restaurants, a single reservation form usually handles bookings for different guest numbers without requiring separate forms. That’s why we focused on making one flexible reservation form that works for most scenarios.
