Good plugin for subscriptions via e-mail

I am looking for a plugin or solution, which allows visitors of my site to subscribe to feeds, newsletters, twitter, other social sites, etc, all done via e-mail. Is there a one-in-all solution available, which does NOT involve feedburner?

About feedburner: the account administration of feedburner is horrible, and my personal inforamtion is shared with everyone without being able to change it or without my consent… does anyone have experiencs with this?
