Good design, poor support

The theme in itself is pretty good. Beautiful design, maybe the free version lacks too many features, like being able to add more content into the homepage besides the pre-made defaults, for that I give it 4/5. But the support is so poor I had to turn it down to 3/5, I tryed sending message on their Messenger as they suggest on their site, and got a reply like two weeks later. Then I decided to post on the theme’s forum, just to find the developer replies with at least two days of delay.
