when i check my site by pingdom,
All of them are good, only “The web browser is waiting for data from the server” – 10 sec?
Can i solve that problem with the plugin?
take a look at the performance score tab in pingdom. Leveraged Browser Caching is low. Try the plugin, it will speed up. I am a godaddy user also, this option does help speed up the site loading.
Also on the Godaddy end go to your cpanel, under SOFTWARE find and select OPTIMIZE WEBSITE then COMPRESS ALL CONTENT. That will take care of your compression issue that is also slowing down your site.
Your site is loading pretty quick on my end, and I am mobile on 4g.
If your site is slow on your computer, check your end. You posted this before and were told the same thing. Your site loads fast. It will be faster if you try my suggestions.

questas_admin, thanks for your help, but i found that on official godaddy page – https://support.godaddy.com/system-alerts/ and I think the problem is godaddy ?
I did nothing to my site and now, site is working 🙂
