GMT Time Display

Hello,

I am looking at the SMM plugin for WordPress, on the General Setting page. It claims GMT for time setting, I am at GMT-8 (America/Los Angeles) and my browser tells me that GMT now is 06:28, while my local time is 22:28. Strangely enough, the settings page also tells me that the current time, given as GMT, is 22:28. I’d say that the page is displaying local time, so it would seem to me better to specify local time and give the GMT offset, rather than specifying GMT. Thanks. Don Hirst
