Global Product Variations

I’m migrating from CS-Cart to Woocommerce.

I’d like to setup a global variable option that is kinda like the following.

Eg, I’m selling a light shade and I’d like to sell Light bulbs for the shade,
I want to have a drop down on the product pages that allows users to select what type of bulb they want to add to their order. The tricky part is I want to update the prices for the bulbs globally, Eg, One day I want to have the bulbs 50% off. I don’t want to go through every product to change the variable options price, I just want to go to one place and change it once and have it take effect to all products.

is there any way to do this? Or is there a plugin that i can buy that does?
