If you see any errors then please share a screenshot of the error so we can have a better understanding of what might be causing this issue.

Thank you for the support.
I have fixed that problem but I am facing another one.
the email template is different in mobile devices. The footer on laptops is good while on mobile devices is different. I don’t know how to fix this.

You can see on the following screenshots.
on mobile the headline is very small while it is big on the email template. It appears same on laptops devices while not on mobiles.
Also, the social media icons. They appear vertical on mobiles while correct ( horizontal ) on laptops.
