GIFT COUPON ISSUE

Hi. We recently purchased your premium plugin. Works great however I have this issue.

Basically a user signs up and when buying a specific product this gives them a coupon which gives them 50% off a specific product category in the shop. We want this coupon to be automatically applied.

However what happens is that there is an autogenerated coupon based on the original coupon each time a user buys the product and is gifted the coupon. The main issue is that although the generated coupon is automatically applied and works the original coupon still exists and even a user who hasn’t purchased the product gifting them the coupon it still gets autoapplied for anyone. Is there a way around all this please? Thanks
