Giant blank space

    When I use this shortcode on my test site (www.thepetiteco.com/shannondcaldwell), a giant blank space comes out instead of the testimonial! The blank space is there right now.

    Have tried multiple iterations but doesn’t work. The Single Testimonial does show up, though.

    Hey there!

    Well, that’s not ideal!

    Does the space appear after the first slide transitions, or does the first slide not even appear?

    Some users (two so far, I believe) have reported a blank space appearing after the first transition. This occurs on certain versions of the Avada theme and seems to have started within the past 30 days.

    Does that match up to what you are seeing?

    Doesn’t appear at all!
    I’m using Genesis and nothing appears if you go to the site. Just a giant blank space!

    Hey Blue!

    This specific thread was not resolved, however I have only had very few reports of this.

    On all of the sites this issue has been reported, that I have been able to look at, there are other plugins or a WordPress theme that contain their own Slider, typically including jQuery and Cycle or Cycle2.

    We also use Cycle2 and jQuery (we enqueue the jQuery that is built in to WordPress), so there are rare instances in which we encounter a conflict.

    I know of one user who has the Avada Theme with Revolution slider who has this issue (although, in testing, the issue does not occur for us with the Avada Theme and Revolution Slider.)

    Can you let me know what Theme, plugins, and settings (for Easy Testimonials) that you are using?

    Any information you can give may be helpful, so don’t hold back!
