Getting widgets to auto refresh?

Hi.

I am trying to build a site withe the hueman theme. It is great and everything just works. But in the sidebar I am trying to build a weather widget that is scraping from a other site, and a webcam.
My problem is I cant get this to work.
Tried using some reload of the site every 10 secs, but that is not working as hoped.

Then I have been looking into refreshing some Div markers, but I am not sure how to do that the right way, can somebody help me pointing it in the right direction?
