Getting Issues Adding A Site

Every time I add a new site to my MultiPress i get these errors..

random is a fake entry i just now put in. It had my username in there… what do you think the issue is because i have no idea. I updated wordpress, then re-installed it as well over the existing install through clicking the update button.
