Getting a WP database error, please help!

    My blog is http://table4five.net, I’m running 2.2 and a theme called Tigopedia Reloaded. I just tried to publish a post, and got this:

    WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]
    INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (‘1249′,’_pingme’,’1′)

    WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]
    INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (‘1249′,’_encloseme’,’1′)

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/tablefou/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:133) in /home/tablefou/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 329

    Can anyone advise me as to what I should do to fix it? Thank you so much.

    Oh and I have deactivated all of my plugins, and I just tried to publish a test post, and got the same error.

    I logged into my cPanel and into MySQL database, and clicked the “repair database” button. Then I was able to publish.
