Getting a "page does not exist" error message on new posts

My blog is: http://www.alliedhealthworld.com/blog/
When i click on an individual post it gives me this error message:

“The page you are looking for either does not exist or has been removed. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

Did i install wordpress wrong or something?
Can somebody help me. thanks.
