Get Variable with Hashtag

Hello, I’m trying to use PHP Get Variable but my URL has hashtags which do not not appear using your shortcode:

my url: http://mysite.com?foo=bar#1234
[dynamictext dynamictext-274 "CF7_GET key='foo'"]

So when I use the shortcode, “bar” comes through but not “bar#1234”.

Is there any way this can be accomplished?
