Hey @dust1n1990,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Could you confirm exactly what’s happening when you select the Get Started button? This should open up a new window that prompts you to connect to Facebook (if you aren’t already logged in) and then go through the process of connecting your WooCommerce store to Facebook. What are you seeing when you open this window?
Thanks!
Lindsey
Hey Lindsey,
When i select the “Get Started” Button a new window opens. I see my logged in facebook company page. Not more. No configuration, as can be found in the instructions …
Thanks
Hey @dust1n1990,
Thanks for following up!
As a first step, could you please try logging out of Facebook in your browser and then try going to Get Started? This should first prompt you to log in again – I’m hoping at that point you’ll be placed into the usual setup workflow. If not, please let me know and we’ll keep digging!
Cheers!
Lindsey
Hey Lindsey,
At first i logged out of Facebook and cleared the browser cache…
After this step i clicked “get started” and the login page of facebook appeared in a new window.
I logged in and i saw my facebook side, but nothing else….
I tried it with firefox and google chrome.
Thanks,
-

Hey @dust1n1990,
Alright, thanks for trying that out!
One more thing – could you please login to Facebook, go to your Business Manager, and confirm that the Wharf Distillery page is listed under your account? If not, it might explain why Facebook isn’t bringing up the settings as expected.
Thank you,
Lindsey
