Get posts from offline files

    Hi everyone.
    I had to take down my blogs from a server quite quickly due to circumstances and didn’t have the time to copy my blog entries to something else or move them to a regular wordpress.com-blog. I did download all the files though. And now all my recipes are stuck in the files. A lot of other entries as well, but the recipes is something I actually need. Is there a way to find them somewhere in the files?

    Hello,
    I think that you have lost your data, data it is not in files, they are in database, so if you don’t have access to the database, you have lost all your recipes and all your other entries.
