Get Post Meta?

I am a developer and I’m trying to grab the order status for each item to print/echo this on a website’s PDF plugin. This website uses the plugin “woocommerce pdf invoices & packing slips”, but I can’t seem to figure out the custom field to use when I call get_post_meta for the order item. I’ve looked into the code of your plugin to see if that would give me a hint, but I can’t figure it out. Any help would be highly appreciated thanks!
