Get no refund

I require a feature that allows me to export my settings and import them into other websites. This functionality appears to be missing in WPNet, which is quite surprising.

I initially requested a refund. The response came a day later and was not helpful. I then requested a refund again, but since then I have not received any further replies.

This is rather concerning: your website clearly advertises a money-back guarantee, yet when a customer attempts to make use of it, communication appears to stop.
