    Hi!
    We have a problem, our client can’t make payment.
    In the admin area I see the error – “Square Payment Failed (Status code GENERIC_DECLINE: Authorization error: ‘GENERIC_DECLINE’) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”
    Can you help, how resolve this issue?

    Hi @michaelnicdev

    Sorry to see you’re running into an error when processing this payment! One question is this only a specific payment or customer experiencing this issue or is it any payment you attempt on this site?

    It would also be helpful if you could please provide us with a copy of your site system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Once we have that we’ll be happy to assist further!
