Problem not solved. But I spotted something. I only get errors on search pages. Search pages ccss name appears as home page. So Critical CSS that cannot be created belongs to search pages (think).
Sample:
domain.com/?s=test

I do not know. The form is on the homepage. But, on all pages in the header menu.
