GameNow Slideshow

Hi, My site – http://www.ahlpod.com has this theme installed (Gamenow), but on the featured thing (above highlights) is showing posts, but doesn’t have a thumbnail image for them, how would I put a thumbnail image for each post to show on the featured place?
