Not sure what happened to my website but suddenly my last two galleries (Winter 2017 and Fall 2016) do not display anymore. When I click to this gallery either from the main Gallery area or through the side bar (most recent galleries), the following message appears:

There are no photos with those IDs or post 5314 does not have any attached images!

All other galleries work (before the last two). I checked all the settings, the pictures included etc. and all looks fine and the same as the other galleries.
Can you please let me know what I need to do to fix this?
    Thanks

Help! I have not had any replies and I am at my wit’s end …
I tried re-adding the NextGen gallery to the page, I looked at the gallery to make sure all the images are still there yet nothing changes and I get the same error message.
    What else can I try??

@superbiggi – We already have a conversation started for this issue via our Bug Reports … it may be best to keep the conversation in one place going forward.

    Thanks!

Thanks Cais, I received an email that stated to post it to the forum. I’m confused as to where I should be following up on this. Can you please let me know the exact place and send me a link?
    Thanks!

Okay so my friend figured out that they galleries only work when I use the Shortcode ([nggallery …]), instead of the NextGen button to insert into a page.
I thought you had told me I had to use the button to be able to sort the gallery … Confused as to how I should be adding galleries now …

@superbiggi – I suspect there is more involved with how you are inserting your displays. I would also suspect if you copy and paste a generated shortcode it would work as well as manually typing an older nggallery style of shortcode.

    Thanks!
