• I’ve read more than a dozen posts abt this problem, but nothing is solving my issue. here’s what I’ve tried already:
    1. Went to Admin/Settings/Media and made sure the “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions” was NOT checked.
2.Changed thumbnail settings under Settings >> Media to a larger size than 150 x 150.
    3. deleted Gallery pix from Product Pages and Media Library.
    4. Refreshed site.
    5. Uploaded pix to Media Library.
    6. Uploaded pix to Product pages and hit UPDATE.
    7. Checked website and NOTHING CHANGED. Pix are STILL CUT-OFF.

    Any suggestions?

  • debugging 101 – disable all your plugins and see what happens

Are the images cut off in the media library or just in the posts? If it’s in the posts, then it probably as to do with a theme or possibly a plugin setting. Try swapping to a different theme and temporary disabling all your plugins and see what the images look like

    Hi Juggledad-
I’m a li’l scared to deactivate my plug-ins. A few weeks ago, GoDaddy deactivated one of my plug-ins (without notice) saying it had been Blacklisted. Well, my site crashed…IT WAS A BLANK PAGE FOR TWO DAYS! and GoDaddy offered no assistance.

This is an e-commerce site, not a blog. I’d imagine I’d have a ton of work to do to swap in a new theme, right??

With the help of godaddy, I got up the courage to try your suggestions. It was the theme causing troubles. Thnx for your help.
