I had a gallery up on my site. We have been running a photo contest using a NextGen plugin for voting. IT has been running flawlessly, but in the last hour, all of the photos in a gallery have disappeared. OR rather, the gallery itself is gone. WHen I go to Manage Galleries, it shows that no galleries are found. However, it does say “1 item found” though it’s not appearing.

This is a really big problem – is there any insight you can offer?

@cwhit – Lets see if we can rule out plugin conflicts. Can you please try deactivating all plugins except NextGEN Gallery, and see if that helps? I would try creating a gallery, viewing it, and making sure it stays in place.

THanks for your response. We got it back up. Not sure exactly what fixed it. We deactivated some plugins at roughly the same time that we rebooted the server and freed up some space. But it appeared again and we were able to bring everything back up.

    Thanks again!
