Full screen height option doesn’t work

    Hello,

    I’ve got problem when using “extended header” settings. I wanted to set header height for “full screen height” and it doesn’t work (looks like it’s 10% or something like that). I thought it will look like “100vh” in CSS.

    Now, i set it on my website with using “siteorigin hero” widget, but I wanted to do transparent menu, so it’s not working at all as i wanted.

    Can you fix it or tell me what should i do?

    Hello @kkow95, thanks for choosing Bento! The full-height header setting is available with the Extended Page Header; the Hero Widget does not support this feature at the moment, since it’s a part of a third-party plugin (the Conten Builder by Site Origin).

    I understand that full-height header setting is available only with extended header. The thing is it’s only available, but not working at all. When i set this option, my header is like 10% height. So my question is – is it not working properly or i just did something wrong? [please don’t check my website, because now i’m using hero widget, in case of not working full-height setting with extended header]

    Thanks for the clarification! Unfortunately I can’t really provide any specific recommendations without seeing the actual live code – from what you’re describing it looks like a JavaScript issue, yet the only way for me to ascertain that is to ask you to turn on that feature on your website. In case that’s not possible at the moment, the first thing you can try is to deactivate all plugins (Except for the Bento Expansion Pack) and see if the issue persists. If it disappears, reactivating them one by one will help find the source of the problem. Let me know of the results!

    Deactivating all plugins does not work at all.
