FTP: refused connection

    Hello,

    I’m having problems with my site, which was up and running fine before today. Early this morning the site knocked online with an error in establishing a connection to database. I immediately thought it was a MySQL issue and tried logging into my digital ocean server,but I cannot seem to gain access to it. Then I decided maybe I need to change my WP-config.php file. But when I went into my FTP it blocked access saying:

    Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=5
    Command: keyfile “/Users/______/Desktop/Private Key-#####.ppk”
    Command: open “555.555.555.55@root” 22
    Error: ssh_init: nodename nor servname provided, or not known

    I’m beyond lost, any suggestions? By the way two weeks ago I got a new wireless router.

    What program are you using to connect to the server? terminal or putty? Have you tried contacting Digital Ocean?
