    Failed to connect to FTP Server dev.reliableprotection.net/:21
    this is the message I get when trying to make changes. My password and info is correct because it’s the same used on the FTP??…

    I’m thinking that is good…I can login into my server just fine from my FTP they are the same correct?

    same username and password right?

    no it’s not resolved…it’s still giving me the same response failed to connect.

    Can you copy and paste the error message or show a screen shot of it so that I can understand what went wrong. What FTP client (like Filezilla) are you using? Is it secured FTP?

    it is Filezilla…

    Failed to connect to FTP Server 69.89.11.16:21

    Please collect the following info fro your host:
    1. Host name (usually it is your domain)
    2. Protocol
    3. Encryption
    4. Logon type
    5. Port (usually 21, can be others)

    Enter these in Site Manager of FileZilla and save.
    After this try to login.

    Once I have that info where do I find in FileZilla to put all that info?

    On the top left hand corner click on File. The first item there is Site Manager. Click on that and post the info and click save.
