Frontpage video thumbnail

    I’m after some help if anyone can point me in the right direction. I’m hoping to acheive my home page to be the following layout:

    One large thumbnail of the most recent post from the ‘Newest’ category, and then underneath that 4 thumbnails linking to posts from the ‘Newest’ category. Each post is a video embedded in the post and a bit of text underneath. I want the thumbnail to be taken from the video itself.

    Firstly, can this be done. Secondly – How?!!!

    Can anyone help?
