“from” field [your-email]

    Hi, I have these forms by the theme developer, which I like to use on my website.
    I am struggling with the “FROM” field.
    I just want to get the email contact of the customer who filled up the form. I tried to put my email (support@cutenmore.com) in the “FROM” field, tried to leave it blank, tried to have it as was originally put by the theme developer but every time I get a mistake message.
    when I edit like this:

    I don’t get an email back when filling up the form.
    when I leave the FROM field as it is I get a message: https://paste.pics/80REY

    I checked and found mx records are pointed to SiteGround – http://www.dnswatch.info/dns/dnslookup?la=en&host=cutenmore.com&type=MX&submit=Resolve

    please assist with how to edit forms so they can be sent successfully and I just get the contact details of the person who filled the form up.
