french traduction issue

Hello i can’t translate this follow expressions :
-Select date range
-Choose a category
-Choose an even type

They are already translate in the traduction file in languages reportory but doesn’t work.

it look like they are additionals characteres in the traduction file (i am not a developpeur) :
line 1462:msgid “Choose a catergory…”
line 1958:msgid “Choose a catergory…”
