We’re currently working on a few important updates and bug fixes, but we’ll get on to this as soon as that’s done.
@tino88 complete localization of the date picker for the birth date is now fully implemented in version 1.0.0 of the plugin.
The date picker was also improved to provide a year pull-down menu for the date and a better default year ( not the current year 🙂 )
The birth date fields now use WordPress’ date format option, and the date picker uses correct language settings (including for French).
Please upgrade the plugin!

I just go an error with a french date format: F j, Y
No problem, i just change my date format to a more classic one d/m/Y
but if you solve this, we could go back to the original format
