Hi Mike,
The excluded_layouts attribute is not a premium feature and should work in the free version. What is the exact shortcode you are using?
[product-catalog] should work. Maybe there is some kind of conflict with a specific attribute. What is the exact shortcode you tried?
Thank you
Hi, thanks for getting back quickly.
I was using [product-catalogue id=”2″ excluded_layouts=’List’]
I just tried the above with ‘catalog’ and ‘List’ again and they are all working fine (scratching head time). Not having the original code I can’t see why it would work all of a sudden, so I can only assume user-error on my part.
Thanks again for your great support, we will certainly be getting the Premium version.
Thank You
Mike
Hi,
I have experimented more and the problem was with using single quotes rather than double quotes. The documentation seems to show single quotes but changing to double quotes makes it work. Maybe it is just in the UK.
The documentation is here:

thanks
Mike
Hi Mike,
Thank you for following up. Both single and double quotes should work, as long as they are the regular plain text quotes. One thing we’ve noticed with single quotes is that it can be easier to accidentally put a stylized apostrophe or back tick in there, instead of a regular plain text quote. This will cause it to not work.
