freaking out?

    Today, out of nowhere, my website began to… well, freak out. The rendering of the theme went all haywire and sometimes, it reverted back to a half-customized state. (partially default and partially custom)

    The only really new thing that I’ve done lately is to install Hypercache and DB cache. I had read somewhere that it was a rocketfire combination and I hadn’t heard of anybody having any trouble with it.

    I’ve since disabled both of them and put up the MAINTENANCE page.

    I really need to get my site back up as soon as possible. I’ve been getting lots of great traffic lately, and I don’t want that to stop.

    Does anybody have any ideas?

    Try deactivating all plugins. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    Do you have a backup copy of your theme that you could re-upload?
