Framework files getting indexed

    Hello.
    I have the issue of my theme framework files getting indexed in google. How do i avoid this with Yoast?
    I have attached a picture showing some of the indexed entries of the framework. I’m using the Enfold theme. We have tried putting an 402 on the files, but so far they haven’t disappeared, so i guess that didn’t work.

    Is there anyway to remove these without ruining my SEO?
    I’m afraid a robots that removes the framework would resolve in google missing out on resources and therefor not crawling my page properly
