forum / topic autopost plugin

    Hi,
    I’m using BP and bbPress and looking for a plugin or application to perform a very simple task: everytime a user posts a new topic on the forums it gets auto-posted to Facebook and Twitter. Anyone?

    (i tried dlvr.it, but it didn’t work)
