Forum and Membership Integration

Hi Chaps!

I’m looking to create a wordpress e-commerce site that is restricted to members. Members can then sell goods to each other via the site.

I would like to charge members a minimal amount for membership and allow them access to the site and to a forum within their same registration.

Does anyone know of a reliable theme or plug-in that would cover this for me?
